Where does Melada Construction work?
Melada is based in Ferris, Texas, serving Ellis County and south Dallas, including Waxahachie, Ennis, Red Oak, Midlothian, Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Palmer and Ovilla.
Can I request parking lot striping for a commercial property?
Yes. Melada provides parking lot striping and re-striping, ADA stall markings and fire lane marking. Share the property location and the work you need so we can arrange a free site walk.
What happens after the site walk?
You receive a written scope and estimate within 48 hours. The scope sets out the proposed work, and you have one point of contact from the walk-through to the finish.
Do you work on homes as well?
Yes. Residential services include kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, roofing, and foundation and structural repair. Financing is available on residential projects.
Is Melada insured?
Melada carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Can we discuss the project in Spanish?
